Here I have a used yet in like new condition Toshiba Satellite L505-S6946 Laptop, the original customer did not want it anymore as she had moved on to another; there was nothing wrong with the laptop besides the need to refresh it so that everything worked smooth.

• The Toshiba L505-S6946 Laptop in particular comes configured with a Intel T6400 Core 2 Duo Processor, and with a total of 3GB of installed DDR2 Memory; and these two combined alone is sufficient for your everyday laptop usage. I upgraded the memory to 4GB total, even though you will have a max of up to 8GB; if you choose to upgrade in the future.

Original Storage installed is a 320GB Toshiba Drive, this one is running at 5400 rpm; and it uses the sata like connection so if you in the future like to go ssd or new there is an option there. After hardware testing to the original drive it turned out to be in operation condition at the time I listed for sale.

• This toshiba laptop came with windows vista home premium at the time of it’s release, and I decided it was best to install windows 10 home on the original drive to give the laptop more value on the operating system side of things; after the software was upgrade it turned out to be just fine along with all the hardware drivers.

You will have a fixed optical drive as the cdrom reader, which is a multi function drive; for dvd and cd play as well as rw if you use that feature to burn. You have speeds up to 24x when using the writer feature.

You have the typical sound speaks built in the design, this laptop though features a dual configuration; you have a speak on the left and also to your right so sound is pretty good. There are also audio connections on the body of the laptop too if you want to utilize those connections for surround audio speakers.
